- Item received in damaged condition
- Manufacturing defect (broken clasp, missing stone, etc.)
- Wrong item delivered
- ✗ Change of mind after delivery
- ✗ Tarnishing due to improper care (contact with water, chemicals, etc.)
- ✗ Normal wear and tear
How to Request a Return
- 1 Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 90370 09731) within 48 hours of delivery
- 2 Share clear photos or a short video of the damage/defect
- 3 Share your order ID and details
- 4 Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
- 5 If approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the item back
Refund Process
- • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, card)
- • COD orders: refund via bank transfer (we will request your account details)
- • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we sent the wrong item)
Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may opt for a free replacement of the same item. Replacement is shipped within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item.
