At Lahiya Jewels, we take great care to ensure every product is packed and delivered in perfect condition. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Return Conditions
We only accept returns if the product is damaged. We do not accept returns or process refunds for any other reason, including change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.
How to Report a Damaged Product
- Report on the same day of delivery – Damage claims must be raised on the same day you receive your order.
- Provide a full unboxing video – You must provide a complete, uncut video of the unboxing process — from the moment you start opening the package to the end, clearly showing the issue with the product.

Important Notes
- Returns reported after the delivery day will not be accepted.
- Returns without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
- We do not offer refunds for reasons other than product damage.
If your return meets all the above conditions, we will process your replacement or refund within 3-5 business days after verification.
